How can ppl do business like that?!

Seriously!!! How can someone who is running a service business :

  1.  Tell customer NO, this cannot be done, that cannot be done, without offering any alternative solution when the fault was his/hers (the business person) to begin with.
  2. Talk sarcastically to the customer, like we were intentionally being difficult when all we wanted is to ensure that our end product is as per our specifications.
  3. Act like everything that was not right was due to the customer’s fault, which it wasn’t.
  4. Deny that one of the requirements was even mentioned when it was spelled out a FEW times when the order was placed.
  5. Dare to bitch about the customer in front of the customer like we were stupid enough NOT to know they were bitching about us.
  6. Dare to even think that we are stupid enough to just take the product and close the deal with all its wrong specifications.

I am so bloody pissed!! GAAAAAHHH!!

Which part of ‘service’ industry do they not understand??? I am so shocked that people can actually run a business like that!! I.am.seriously.shocked!!!

WTF???!!!!!

So these are the type of people who are supposed to lead our country?

Be afraid; be very afraid.

It is unbelievable how un-progressed their mentalities are to resort to this sort of behavior.

Was just too shocked when I read the article, I had to say something about it.

Never have I seen such barbaric actions by supposed leaders.

I wonder what our sleeping PM is gonna do about it, seeing that he’s been harping on about people not ruining the harmony in the country, when his own people are the ones who are doing the damage.

But as usual, nothing’s gonna happen to these monsters.

Doesn’t it stink of double standards? If other people (read : races) were to say things half as bad as what this moron uttered, they’d find themselves in the lockup faster than they can blink.

That’s Malaysia for you. Or rather, that’s BN for you.

Ed and I were waiting outside Zhern/SenanC’s room, waiting for one of them to let us in coz it was free-and-easy time and we were just gonna chill out.

Ed suddenly grabs my wrist and starts swinging my arm around.

Me : Oi! What do you think you’re doing?!
Ed : I’m just checking to see how much flab you have under your arm.
Me : Excuse me! *indignantly* I have plenty of muscle, ok?! *flexing my bicep*
Ed : *pokes at my bicep* Woooow! You do have muscle!! *in awe*
Me : Yah, poke some more and I’ll flatten you in 5 seconds *sticks out tongue*

Sometimes, it’s quite liberating to behave like a kid when you’re around boys :)
