Such dum dums

Some of our traffic cops seem to have no common sense at all.
Common sense would tell one that it is not only stupid but dangerous to pull over cars right after bend in the road because the stationary vehicles are more often than not, not visible to other cars coming in the same direction (i.e. obstruction of view by buildings/trees/shrubbery/etc).
Especially when the bend leads to a highway when drivers, in their regular and not-so-bright haste, rarely slow down.
It’s just an accident waiting to happen.
Dum dums.
