Be Respectful
We have four taglines/values at work :
- Be Inspiring
- Make It Easy
- Keep Promises
- Be Respectful
We can choose one of the 4 taglines/values to be printed on our business cards.
Recently, we were compiling my section’s members’ details to get our cards printed so Mich was tasked to collect the info from us.
After she was done, she shared that the taglines each of us gave her was a spot-on description of our character.
For example, I chose Be Respecful and Mich said “That is so you!” because I have very strong feelings about showing respect (to people who deserve it) and being shown respect in return.
Then we went on to discuss about our other colleagues’ chosen taglines and analyzing what each of them would choose.
It is really interesting how such a simple exercise can lead to such insightful findings about the characteristics of the people I work with 
I shall let my family and friends tell you about me. These comments may be rather old but I think the gist of them still hold 
i will pick “Be Inspiring”
